We bought a resale house here in Byron and wanted the septic tank pumped and inspected. Mr Evans (Chan) answered the phone every time I called and his crew showed up when they said they would. They did a good job and did not try to sell me anything. The young fellows that did the work were knowledgeable and hard working.... and they were friendly and respectful. I am 100 percent satisfied with the whole process.

I called around for prices to get our septic tank pumped on a Sunday. A lot of the 24/7 places didn't even answer the phone. So when I called Mr. Evans, I was surprised when he answered the phone...and that his prices were $50-100 less than everyone else I had gotten a hold of. We called Evan's Septic Tank Service this morning, and they were in our backyard in 30 minutes. They knew exactly what the problem was, and had us up and running in record time. I called three companies today for septic tank service. No response from the first company after two attempts. The second company replied via text message denying my area. Then I called Evans. My phone call was answered and every text after that for appointment updates was immediately responded to. I called at 11and they showed up when expected at 4. They performed the job in a timely manner and left the yard in better shape than they found it. Price was very reasonable. They were very professional. This number is stored in my phone for all my future tank issues.

Mr. Evans moved our leaching field from the backyard to the front due to flooding of the backyard during heavy rains, which stressed the septic system. His knowledge of the proper method of installing the new system has prevented any flooding in the front, thus allowing for proper septic operation of the system. He and his crew were on time, provided information on how/what would be done and completed the work in one day without any issues.
